As the lead lighting designer and project manager for Avant Garde on Tintern, an exclusive collection of luxury residences, I worked closely with Bruce Henderson Architects and Jack Merlo Design to bring the project’s high-end vision to life. My role was integral in planning and executing the lighting design to complement the architecture and interiors, emphasizing meticulous details, premium materials, and sustainability.

Each residence was carefully designed to enhance its architectural features, with lighting that accentuates the high ceilings, full-height veneer doors, and open-plan layouts. I collaborated with the design team to integrate lighting seamlessly with external terraces, creating a harmonious transition between indoor and outdoor spaces. The living areas feature sophisticated lighting to highlight the open fireplaces and Italian-made joinery from House of Molteni, including custom solutions for built-in fridges, wine storage, and European appliances.

Throughout the project, I ensured that each lighting element contributed to the luxury aesthetic while aligning with the development’s commitment to sustainability and future-focused design.
