As the lead lighting designer and project manager for 180 Flinders Street, I was instrumental in crafting the lighting design for this iconic Melbourne CBD development. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, I oversaw the base build façade lighting and lobby design, ensuring it highlighted the building’s architectural heritage on the lower floors and modernized the upper levels. The lighting enhances natural light in the 700sqm floor plates and complements views of the Cathedral, Southgate, and the Domain. My role encompassed both design direction and project management to deliver a cohesive, visually striking environment that respects the building’s historic character while meeting modern office standards.
