As the lead lighting designer and project manager for 311 Spencer Street, I played a central role in developing a cohesive lighting strategy for Victoria Police and associated law enforcement agencies. Working closely with stakeholders, I oversaw the design and implementation of lighting that complements the architectural vision, enhances security, and integrates seamlessly with the adjacent City West Police Complex at 313 Spencer Street. This collaborative effort established the new Victoria Police Centre, a modern precinct that supports operational efficiency and a secure, welcoming environment for law enforcement professionals.
