I played a key role in the design and execution of the Ward Oval lighting upgrade in Cobar, NSW, working closely with REES Electrical and the Cobar Shire Council to elevate the functionality and quality of lighting across the grounds. The project, which serves various local sports organizations, featured VAILO’s 1500W Zenith Gen-V luminaires.

We collaborated with GM Poles and REES Electrical to design and position all new poles, including four 15-metre poles for the netball courts, four 30-metre poles for the main field, and four 25-metre poles for the secondary field. A total of 84 Zenith Gen-V luminaires were installed across the grounds, providing consistent lighting that exceeded 200 lux, ensuring the space is well-lit for diverse sporting events.
